• Gates open at 12:30 pm and close at 10:00 pm on the 2nd & 3rd of February 2013.
• This ticket admits only one person and will be exchanged for a wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn at all times. If the band is taken off or misplaced for any reason a replacement band will not be issued.
• Please ensure you carry your ticket/ e-ticket to the fest. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen ones.
• In case of credit card/ debit card purchase, you must bring the credit card/ debit card used to book the tickets with you. Entry will not be permitted in the absence of a valid photo ID.
• This ticket permits entry to the festival grounds only. Food, alcohol and other beverages will be charged as additional. Any pre or after parties may have other ticketing requirements and may be sold separately.
• Sulafest is a drug free event. Consumption and possession of narcotics will result in eviction from the fest and will be handed over to the authorities.
• Beware of counterfeit tickets. The ticket is only valid when purchased from official agents. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
• The event is subject to Force Majeure Conditions. The organizer will not be responsible for postponement, cancellation or change in the schedule of events.
• The organisers reserve the right to follow the necessary security procedures, including frisking.
• Patrons below the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter the fest. No alcohol will be served to patrons under the legal drinking age (LDA). Alcohol will only be served on display of a valid ID proof. If you are drinking at the fest we suggest you use public transport or assign a designated driver.
• This ticket will not be refunded if lost/ stolen, if you choose to not attend the event, if your ticket has been duplicated or altered with, if there are any changes in the advertised program.
• Artist programming and line-up is subject to change during the festival.
• Carrying and consumption of banned substances, liquids, alcohol and outside food will not be permitted in the festival.
• Food and pollution liability claims will not be entertained by the organizer.
• Basic first aid/ medical facilities will be provided however, organizers are not responsible for any unforeseen problems arising.
• A condition of sale is ticket holders consenting to being filmed and sound recorded for TV, video, DVD, webcast and other public broadcast as part of the audience. This also hereby grants organizers the right to use in perpetuity, all or any part of recording of any made of the holder's appearance on any channel for broadcast till perpetuity on any and all media globally and for advertising , publicity and promotion held thereto.
• Strictly no trading/ advertising allowed on festival site without organizers written consent. The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual, or audio visual material or any other information or data inside venue is strictly forbidden. Any recording made of the event in breach of these conditions shall belong to the organizer.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, lazer devices, bottles, will be allowed in the venue
• No object that could be used to damage or vandalize the venue which includes and is not limited to paint, spray paint, advertisement/ promotional stickers.
• At all times patrons are responsible for their own personal property. The organizer is not responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost incurred at or as a result of the fest.
• Parking near or at the festival premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
• The sponsors/ bands/ organizer/ management are not responsible for including but not limited to any injury or damage that may occur during or at the festival. Any claims that may arise due to gross negligence would be settled exclusively in the courts of Mumbai.
• You must comply by the directions and instructions given by the staff at the venue.
• The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of the terms and conditions including if necessary to take appropriate action which includes removing the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the fest.
