1. How do I register with BookMyShow?
Click on the 'Register' link on the homepage. Enter your full name, Email Id, contact number, password and click on 'Submit' and you are registered with us
2. Is it necessary to register for booking tickets?
No, it is not necessary to register to book tickets
3. Why am I being asked for my Mobile number?
Well, the simplest reason being that it is for the security of your transaction and also so that the booking confirmation can be sent to you via SMS. What’s more, you also get the dope on discounts and offers.
4. What are the benefits of registering on the site?
By registering, you get access to your booking history on the site. You can also opt to get information on special offers. You can also set up favorite cinemas to get instant show times each time you login.
5. I have forgotten my password, how do I proceed?
On the bookmyshow.com home page, enter your username in the login box on the top right hand corner, click on the Forgot Password link, and the password will be emailed to you on the email address registered with us.

Bookings will be accepted till 1 day prior to the match on website, subject to availability of tickets.
4. Can I cancel/ exchange my tickets?
Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
5. Do you offer any discounts on the match tickets?
The ticket prices are standard for all matches.
6. What is the maximum number of tickets that I can book through your website in a single transaction?
You can book upto 10 tickets in a transaction.
7. I have lost my tickets, can you replace them for me?
Tickets once lost will not be replaced.
8. I would like to make a bulk booking, what is the process for the same?

1. How can I pay if I book tickets through your website?
You can choose to pay either by credit card or debit card or you could opt for the netbanking facility.
2. Why do I need to give a photocopy of my credit card?
This is to prevent credit card misuse and to ensure that tickets are handed over only to the authorised person.Kindly ensure that you strike out the CVV and Date of expiry details on the credit card photocopy before you hand it over to our representative/ the courier person.
Q4. Encountered an error while ticketing? Troubleshoot it
1. I was informed that I will receive a confirmation SMS stating my Booking ID; I have not yet received the same. Whom should I contact?
Kindly call on our helpdesk number i.e. 39895050, and choose web help for assistance.
2. My tickets got faded / tor n, can you replace them for me?
Tickets torn or faded will not be replaced & will be considered invalid.
3. I would like to book tickets for the VIP stand, what should I do?
All ticket categories are available for sale, there are no further VIP or special categories.
Q5. Booked your tickets but unsure about delivery?
1. I have to pick up my tickets from the stadium, when will I receive details about the same?
We will send you an SMS with details of the pick-up counter one day prior to the match.
