The MindCafe presents The Grand Masters of Comedy Players: Unlimited.

Mind the laughter!

Some of the comedians performing include:

Neeti Palta:
Ever since her big brother gave her a black eye for writing non-flattering limericks about him, Neeti Palta knew she had a talent for earning her bruises. An ex-advertising, ex-TV writer, formerly shy person, she is just the kind of girl your mommy would like you to marry and then beat up as daily exercise. Being a Delhi girl and not getting enough attention as it is, Neeti decided to take to the stage and ensured that she wasn't the only one with weird comic lines.

He is an author and has to come out of the closet on a daily basis (wierd but true). Learn about his connection with Monalisa and Olive oil.

Vipin Hero:
Vipin has been studying performing arts for the last 5 years. He also writes, composes and sings songs along with playing the guitar. His songs center around the usual lifestyle of a Delhite and he calls them modern folk songs.

Artist Info

  • Neeti Palta
    Neeti Palta

One of the few female English Stand Up comedians in the country. Neeti is ex-advertising, ex-TV writer, ex-shy person and now a Bollywood screenplay writer. She has made people laugh all across the country and some in Singapore as well. Neeti was voted as the best Stand Up Comic at the Oz Fest and was India's first Stand Up to perform at Melbourne for the prestigious Melbourne Comedy Festival 2013.

  • Maheep Singh
    Maheep Singh

Maheep Singh is an unassuming man with plenty of stories to tell. Fortunately for us, he believes in sharing (presumably, he watched a lot of Sesame Street as a child). Singh is the kind of character that TV writers aim to pencil into their intelligent sitcoms; a mix of deadpan delivery and storytelling. He sounds a lot like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh but somehow, his sad/mundane story is hilarious. Known as 'The Gujarati Sardar' in the stand-up comedy circuit, Maheep started stand-up comedy as part of his coming out of depression exercise. He had a choice between serial killing and stand-up and he chose stand-up. He uses his personal experiences and observations in general in his comedy and all of the things he says in his routine are facts.
