Now BookMyShow on the GO!
After its stupendous multi city success in 2011 `I WILL NOT CRY` a powerful solo performance by Lushin Dubey, directed by Arvind Gaur is back again.
This year Save the Children in partnership with Old World Culture brings to you TWO SHOWS back to back at Stein Auditorium on 1st September, 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm
After the premiere last year Dr. Syeda Hameed, member of Planning Commission, said ``Nowhere in the world have I seen a more effective and sensitive advocacy for children. Having seen the play, no one ever can be the same again.``
The play - an exceptional blend of theatre and multimedia, highlights the issue of child deaths in India. Through satire and music excerpts, the play brings alive the sad truth of millions of unnecessary deaths of children in our country. It hopes to evoke our collective responsibility, as a nation and a society to act together.
The play is in support of Save the Children`s global campaign to cut child mortality in India and around the world. Through the play, Save the Children aims to reach out to the government and the public at large to advocate for change - change for India`s children, change for India`s future. Save the Children aims to use this play to raise awareness and inspire action among the audience.
