Its theme base on journey from Mumbai to Mangalore. Will be offer the different region cuisine that the state, which comes on the way for example, Ratnagiri, Goa and Kundapur.
The buffet menu has been curated with authentic food with several cuisines being unique to the diverse communities of the Coastal region .Coconut and curry leaves are common ingredients being used while foody Journey towards Mumbai to Mangalore. A classic dish from every state will be served with a story to tell. Dishes like Mumbai special Bombil fry & Mandeli fry, Chimbori kalwan, Goan style mutton xacuti, karwari veg stew & appam ,mutton sukka from Udupi & lately we reached at Mangalorean cuisine consist of Chicken Ghee Roast, Korri roti and of course the boiled rice and ganji.
