Glamping & Camping with Fireflies

“Glamping with Fireflies” the natural phenomena happen just at the onset of monsoon season, mostly by the 15 May to mid-June. This special phenomenon at our campsite is due to planting and preserving the Special trees which attract fireflies. Also, the location of our campsite in the wilderness has a good amount of forest around it. These little creatures keep amusing you all night long.

We are the Pioneers of "Camping with fireflies" and this is the 12th year of this Camp.

Specialties:

• Save a lot of Travel time, as location is just 40 kms from Chandani Chowk, Pune

• Avoid walking or trek for 15 /18 km, as the vehicles go right till our campsite.

• No need to chase fireflies, you can view and experience them right at our campsite.

• Limited capacity, hence an exclusive experience with ample time to do photography throughout the night.

Itinerary:

Day 1 -

02.30 pm - Assemble and Departure from F.C Road, opp Starbucks Coffee. (Campers with own transport can directly reach the campsite by 4 pm. Last 5 kms is off road/mud road so we insist you reach on time. It is difficult to drive after it gets dark.)

4.00 pm: After reaching the venue, unpack into your cozy Tents or Glamping Pods followed by tea and snacks. Explore the campsite, a small hike to the Sunset point and a thrilling activity THE SKY SWING (giant swing). View the incredible Sunset.

7.30 pm: Experience the magnificent phenomena of Fireflies lighting display around just as it starts getting dark.

9-10 pm: Dinner will be served. Post dinner, enjoy a campfire, Live music jamming session and night at leisure. (Music Jamming around the campfire is scheduled only for Saturdays)

Day 2 -

07.00 am: Wakeup, freshen up, followed by Lake visit (optional).

08.30 am: Enjoy Breakfast with a beautiful view, post which guests can pack up and depart.

11.30 am: Reach Pune with beautiful memories.

Tickets:

1) Sharing Camping Tent Adult (Male or Female or Kids): This ticket is for accommodation in Camping Ground Tents. We provide 2 people or 3 people tents which are regular dome tents from Decathlon. Tents will be allotted as per groups for Families or Friends. Tents have foam mats like yoga mats (litter thicker) and blankets.

Cost: Adult (above 8 yrs) is Rs 1690 per person & for Kids (4-8yrs) is Rs 1190/-

(Request for individual tents or additional tents can be made at additional cost, depending on availability.)

2) Glamping Pod for 2 people: This ticket is for 2 people sharing a pod ( best for couples or friends willing for staying together. Cost is Rs 4990/- for 2 people)

3) Glamping Pod for 3 people: This Ticket is for 3 people sharing one Glamping pod. (this ticket is best for group of friends or a family together. Cost is 5990/- for 3 people)

4) Glamping Pod for 2 Adults (above 8yrs) + 1 Kid (4-8 yrs): This Ticket is for 2 Adults (above 8 yrs) and 1 Child (4-8 yrs) sharing one Glamping pod. (this ticket is best for a family together. Cost is 5290/- for 3 people)

Cost Includes:

Accommodation in comfortable Glamping Pods on sharing basis (2 /3 of 4 people as per booking) or Ground tents (2/3 sharing)

Glamping pods is equipped with Mattress, pillows, blankets, lights, fans and charging points.

Camping Tents will be provided with Foam matt (like Yoga mat, little thicker) and a Blanket. Charging facility is available in the Dining area.
