- The State of Maharashtra order states that all Guests either have taken single dose, be fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering Imagicaa.
- Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) while indoors, including on many attractions and in enclosed transportation vehicles, regardless of vaccination status.
- Park will open with limited capacity initially (50%) and increase in phased manner gradually.
- Before security all guests will undergo thermal screening
- Medical team will be there at entrance to inspect symptoms and segregate those with positive symptoms.
- Contactless entry through barcode scanner at turnstile for those who pre-book.
- Frequent disinfection and cleaning of all high contact areas including rides and attractions.
- Contactless payment - enabled everywhere through UPI. Encouraged to pay through UPI
- All public utility areas & open spaces shall be frequently sanitized with 1% Sodium Hypochlorite solution.
- Cleaning and regular disinfection (using 1% Sodium Hypochlorite solution) of frequently touched surfaces (door knobs/handles, hand rails, slides, chairs, tabletops, benches, washroom fixtures, etc.) and floors, walls etc. will be done before opening of Water Park, at the end of the day and at other appropriate times.
- Multiple hand sanitizer stands in common areas will be kept for the use of public.
- Deep cleaning of all drinking and hand washing stations, washrooms, showers and lavatories will be done.
- Guests and employees to dispose of used face covers / masks in separate covered bins placed in common areas.
- Water slides will be ensured adequate and regular water filtration and chlorination as per laid down Government standards.
- Staggered timing and regulation of physical numbers on the water slides will be ensured
Social distancing will be enforced for guests in all areas including restaurants
- Only open air restaurants will be active with assisted buffet service for guests.
- Alternate table seating to be arranged.

How To Reach Imagicaa Water Park:
Whether you're coming from Mumbai or Pune, reaching Imagicaa is a breeze, thanks to its convenient location off the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Here's how you can get to this magical destination:
From Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai
To reach Imagicaa Water Park Lonavala, journey toward Navi Mumbai (Vashi, Palm Beach Road, Belapur, Kharghar, Kalamboli) and merge onto the Mumbai Pune Expressway (Yashwantrao Chawan Expressway). Take note of the distance from the starting point of the Mumbai Pune Expressway, at Kalamboli (near McDonald's), to the Khalapur exit, which is approximately 33 km. Once you reach the Khalapur Toll Plaza, make sure to take the immediate left exit.
Within 500m of this exit, make a sharp right turn to access the road over the bridge leading to Khopoli Pali Road (SH 92). Follow the prominently displayed signs directing you to Imagicaa Water Park location, situated roughly 3 km from this point.
From Pune and Lonavala
If you're coming to Imagicaa Water Park Khopoli from Pune or Lonavala, head towards Mumbai via the Mumbai Pune Expressway. As you journey, pass the Urse/Talegaon Toll Naka situated along the Expressway. Upon reaching the Khalapur Toll Plaza, approximately 61 km from the start of the Mumbai Pune Expressway, take the exit. After exiting, turn left onto SH 104, and continue for about 1 km. Next, make a left onto Pen Khopoli Road (SH 88). Then, turn right onto Khopoli Pali Road (SH 92), right by Hotel JP Palace. Within 25 meters, take another right at Mayuri Hotel. Follow the clearly marked signs to reach Imagicaa Water Park Lonavala, located approximately 3 km ahead.
