Itimad-ud-Daulah Tomb
Often referred as the jewel box, Itimad-ud-Daulah Tomb is a Mughal Mausoleum in the city of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The architecture is often regarded as a draft of Taj Mahal. The construction of the tomb was commissioned by Mughal Emperor Jahangir`s wife Nur Jahan in the honour of her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg, who titled as I`timād-ud-Daulah, which translated as the pillar of the state.
