Tour Plan

Day 1st

5.00 am Depart from Pune.

8.30 am have breakfast

9.30 am reach kaas pathar.

Take a tour, click pictures, know info from the guide, enjoy your time.

11.30 am Depart from kaas pathar to Ekiv Waterfall.

12.00 pm reach Ekiv Waterfall view point. Take pictures, have a scenic view.

12.30 pm Depart from Ekiv Waterfall.

1.30 pm reach kaas lake, play in water, click pictures, have fun.

3.30 pm reach hotel for lunch, changing clothes, rest.

4.30 pm Depart for ajinkyatara fort.

5.30 pm reach ajinkyatara fort top by bus.

Wait for the sunset. Which might be one of the best sunset you have ever seen.

7.00 pm Depart from ajinkyatara fort.

7.30 pm Take a tea halt.

10.00 pm reach Pune (1 hr + -)

We will wait for max 15 mins at pickup point. If you don’t arrive at location we will have to depart & No refunds will be given.

Any addiction is strictly prohibited, e.g. drinking, smoking, chewing tobacco anyone caught doing it will have to exit the trek without a refund and travel back on own expense.

People caught smoking or drinking alcohol will be asked to exit the event on an immediate basis.

Swimming is not allowed in the lake or water tank on the forts. Locals use that water for drinking.

Please do not carry or wear any valuables, ornaments, jewellery, etc. If carried, then we Do Not take any liability for the same.

Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking, or any adventure activity is potentially risky. For all these events, you are at your own risk. Organizers are not responsible for any accident or compensation in whatsoever manner.

Seats in the bus are on first come first basis. Once you get a seat at the start of the trip that will remain constant until the trip ends. No changes will be done with that. Our Volunteers will not take any part in seat allocation after the trip starts.

Cancelation Policy

NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS

Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.

In the event of cancellation due to factors such as natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, no monetary refund would be given.

Once the trek or journey has commenced, refunds will not be issued on our part in the event of natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Terms & Conditions

Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited. If found, team United Travellers of India has all the rights to terminate the participant on the spot and no monetary refund would be given in such case.

Throwing garbage/littering is strictly not allowed.

Participants should carry their own waste with them

Playing loud music in the mountains is prohibited.

Writing anything or any activity leading to disobedience of historical places is prohibited.

Tents will be allotted as per male and female ratio by team captains, no requests will be entertained.

Pick up and drop will be at the same location ( however you are free to get down on the route while return journey.)

Team captains’ decisions on any particular situation will be final for the mutual benefit of participants.

If the behavior of any trekker is likely to cause distress or harm to themselves, our member of staff or other team members, reserve the right to terminate their trip at any time and they will have to make their own arrangements; we will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a result. We will not entertain any claims arising due to such action.

In case of any injuries/illness on a mountain/river/waterfall during a trip/activity, United Travellers of India as a company or our local staff will not be responsible. We provide adequate human staff support in these areas to ensure the basic safety of the trekker. The trekker/customer has to bear all the expenses which may arise in case of medical exigency or emergency condition.

As it is likely that in these sorts of trips weather must be taken into account, if conditions are such that we have to change arrangements we will not be able to provide any sort of refund. If there are any other circumstances including but not limited to riot, political unrest, natural or other disaster, nuclear incident, terrorist activity, and we have to cancel a trip as a result of these circumstances, we will not be able to provide any sort of refund.
