Day 0 – Departure from Bengaluru

As the sun sets over Bangalore, our adventure begins as we head towards the Somvarpet. We`ll embark on a comfortable journey of 280 km in a Tempo Traveler or a Minibus with push-back seats, ensuring a smooth ride for our hikers.

We`ll pick up our fellow explorers at the following locations

▪️ 10:00 PM: Start from Banashankari

▪️ 10:15 PM: Board at BTM Layout

▪️ 10:30 PM: Next stop, Silk Board

▪️ 10:45 PM: Assemble at Koramangala

▪️ 11:00 PM: Picking up at Domlur

▪️ 11:15 PM: Meet us at MG Road

▪️ 11:30 PM: Join at KTM Mekhri Circle

▪️ 11:45 PM: Board at Yeshwanthpura

▪️ 12:00 PM: Last pickup at Goraguntepalya

Note for the entire trip: The travel time may vary depending on the traffic and road conditions. We will make sure to cover all the places on the itinerary.

Day 1 – Exploration in Somvarpet, Coorg

▪️ 06:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Arrival and check-in at your accommodation. Freshen up and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast.

▪️ 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Visit Kushal Nagar Harangi Elephant Camp for an optional close encounter with elephants (activities are self-sponsored).

▪️ 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Engage in elephant feeding at Harangi Camp, beautifully located by the Kaveri River.

▪️ 12:30 PM – 02:00 PM: Enjoy lunch at a nearby local restaurant (self-sponsored).

▪️ 02:00 PM – 03:30 PM: Travel to Mallalli Falls, taking approximately 1.5 hours.

▪️ 03:30 PM – 05:00 PM: Explore the scenic Mallalli Falls.

▪️ 06:30 PM: Return to your accommodation for an evening of campfire stories and a delightful dinner.

Day 2 – Climax: Reaching the Summit!

▪️ 04:00 AM – 05:30 AM: Wake up and prepare for the day`s trek (wake-up call provided).

▪️ 06:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Journey to and ascend Kumara Parvatak Peak, a 4-hour trek.

▪️ 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Enjoy a packed breakfast and the breathtaking views from the peak.

▪️ 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Trek to and reach Shesha Parvatha, taking about 1 hour.

▪️ 12:30 PM – 02:00 PM: Begin the descent to Kallu Mantapa, taking approximately 1.5 hours.

▪️ 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM: Continue descending to reach Bhattara Mane in about 1 hour.

▪️ 03:00 PM – 03:30 PM: Enjoy a packed lunch at Bhattara Mane.

▪️ 03:30 PM – 06:30 PM: Complete the downhill trek to Kukke Subramanya, taking about 3 hours.

▪️ 06:30 PM – 09:00 PM: Refresh and enjoy a self-sponsored dinner during your free time.

▪️ 09:00 PM: Depart for Bangalore by vehicle.

Day 3 – Homeward Bound

▪️ 04:00 AM: Reach Bengaluru

Drop-off Points: The drop-off points will be the same as the pick-up points to ensure convenience for all travelers. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

▪️ 04:15 AM: KTM Mekhri Circle

Once you’ve reached your drop-off point, it’s time to head home, take a well-deserved rest, and start planning your next adventure!

Nights/Days: 3 Nights/ 2 Days.

Travel: Tempo traveler/ Mini Bus with push-back seats.

Accommodation: Camping in a Tent or Staying in a Shared Dormitory.

Food: 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch, and 1 Dinner on Day 1 & Day 2.

Photography: Landscape photography and Nature photography.
