The youngest, largest and highest chain of mountains in the world, the Himalayas is one of the natural wonders of the earth. Cradled within lush sub-tropical forests of the foothills to the bitterly cold high altitude forests, is the bountiful flora and fauna that is a tribute to the nature lover and photographer of the wild.

Our Multi-Activity adventure trip aims to provide an insight into the diversity and grandeur of Kumaon. The trip takes you through mysterious thick forests, deep valleys, snow-clad peaks and the rugged, barren trails that offer a lingering thrill to the adventure seeker. This is enhanced by the cultural enigma of the land. From the lower altitude wilderness, where every flower truly enjoys the air that it breathes to the rough rocky terrain where the land formations set the hills on fire in their rich variant hues. From the first ray of the rising sun to evening's deepest glow, the landscape unravels the untaught harmony of the primitive wild. The springtide blossoms, the whistling airborne species, the mysterious wild and the picturesque valleys come together to offer a romance hitherto unseen, unheard or untold.

SAFETY @ Holiday Moods Adventures has established and maintains a system for managing safety on its tours which is based on detailed risk assessments and the operating procedures to minimize the likelihood and severity of the risks. This system is updated every trip by our trips leaders regularly. There is always a resident doctor on call with a standby vehicle for emergencies at each destination we go to. Normally, the access to the nearby hospital is just 30 mins except while on treks and remote places. We also have specially assigned women trip leaders leader too

Our programs/trips are designed specifically for groups, schools, colleges, youth groups, corporate off sites, organizations & families. All activity elements are tightly controlled. The activities included in the programs are not advanced expeditions and they do not require participants to be trained in advance. These are simple activities which provide a great experience and basic training. All parts of the program are closely supported and supervised.

A regular step we take to manage safety is to provide the trip leaders annual trainings camps so as to be updated with the new safety techniques. In addition all participants are briefed regularly to ensure that they play their part in protecting themselves and others. The trip leaders are provided training to ensure that they must follow the best practices, and observe key rules to keep safe and healthy.

All our trip leaders are well qualified as rock climbers/ mountaineers from institutes like NIM, WHMI & HMI. They have at least 5 years experience of working as senior instructors in the outdoors.
