The food menu is carefully crafted by Bangkok based Chef Deepankar Khosla (of HAOMA fame) who has an experience of working in busy, intense and high-volume kitchens of Starwood Hotel and Resorts worldwide has conceptualized a diverse menu which brings the evergreen Indian dishes and its culinary gastronomic goodness in a nutshell. The dishes on the menu are handpicked while keeping the significance of heterogeneity and perfection in mind. From the refreshing Gucci Shorba laced with Truffle oil, Gulnar Tikka, Burnt Butter Pomfret and Tandoori Malai Broccoli, to the tempting Galouti ki kismet, each dish is filled with divinity in its every morsel.
With less than 6 months in operations, Karma Kismet has gained massive popularity amongst the gourmand circles of the capital. They follow the philosophy of `Less is more` and food is prepared in its true and honest form while cooking, when seen and consumed. The chefs are particular about the health benefits of its patrons and make no use of poly saturated fats like vanaspati, dalda, palm oil etc. which is bad for health and increases cholesterol levels. The ingredients are sourced locally reducing carbon footprint.
