Atithi (Guest) is an orphan adopted by a couple, whose murder he later gets implicated for, giving him a jail time of 13 years.
When Athiti (Mahesh Babu) comes out from jail his only ambition is to kill Kaiser (Murali Sharma), the psychopath who killed the couple. The romantic element is contributed by the couple`s daughter, Amrita (Amrita Rao) who has also been hating Atithi ever since and blames him for her parent`s death.
