Red Rose is a story of young, handsome and wealthy man who is a woman hater as he gets into relation with women, only to kill her. Later he meets a girl working in a clothes shop and falls for beauty, deciding to be in relation with her. Things take a turn when he realizes that he truly loves her and decides to start a new life but the girl however discovers his secret.
