Dheepa Ramanujam is an Indian actress and playwright who is known for her work in Tamil cinema, television and theatre. She started out in the showbiz as a television host and rose to prominence on miniscreen with the K. Balachander series Premi. Subsequently, she made her feature film debut with a minor role in the Rajinikanth starrer Arunachalam (1997). Dheepa has since appeared in films like Achchamundu! Achchamundu! (2009), Uttama Villain (2015) and Pasanga 2 (2015). Other significant acting credits include Rajini Murugan (2016), Pichaikkaran (2016) and the 2017 bilingual spy thriller film Spyder.
