It has been over a month since Wonder Woman 1984 released in theatres and it is spreading hope and joy among the people who found 2020 a difficult year (which is everyone). Comic book movies have opened up doors to a whole new fan base but they haven’t forgotten their loyal followers. They insert Easter eggs for fans who have read comic books since they were kids and even the newer fans. Now that Wonder Woman 1984 is out on BookMyShow Stream, we have had time to find some of them. So, the next time you watch Wonder Woman 1984, make sure you catch these Easter eggs.
Bialya
Also for DC fans it brought so many comic and tv show elements into it! Including Bialya? Bringing in Cheetah? Love it!! It’s meant to be a cute comic book movie!

Emir Said Bin Abydos, an oil tycoon who appears in the movie. As his wish, he asks for the return of his ancestral realm, the lands of the Bialyian Dynasty. In DC comics, Bialya isn’t a dynasty but instead a country in the Middle East, where an enraged Black Adam murdered thousands of its inhabitants. With the Black Adam movie coming up, we hope DCEU uses this connection.
Etta Candy
Did you catch the little photo of elderly Etta who remained friends with Diana all along ♥️ It was so good to say hi and catch up with everyone for just one day. Plus this photo will now be my online dating profile picture. #thatwillsealthedeal #ww84 #ettacandy pic.twitter.com/NGrEal0gjK

Etta Candy, Steve Trevor’s assistant was one of the highlights of the first movie. While the other members of the troupe were immortalized in a picture, little was known about her fate by the end of the war. As we explore Diana’s new home, we see her in a picture with an old woman. The woman is Etta Candy who had lived a long life and Diana was her until the very end.
Simon Stagg
ing. Still fun though!
Simon Stagg’s presence really makes me hope they’re planning something with Metamorpho! But this is what happened to stagg on flash too. Showed up and left quick as he came.
However if Peacemaker can get a show, why can’t Metamorpho. It would be great!— Macoy Stans Alan Scott! (@Macoy935) December 27, 2020
Introduced as one of the investors for Maxwell Lord‘s failing company, normal movie fans didn’t think twice about the name. But the ears of comic book fans perked up. As the CEO of Stagg Enterprises, Simon has been a DC villain since 1965. Stagg often appears in the comics as a foe to The Element Man, Metamorpho, and The Flash.
The lasso of truth
The lasso of truth or the lasso of Hestia is one of the most popular weapons used by Wonder Woman. In the first movie, we saw her use it to get the truth from someone and on occasions to tie someone up. In this movie, we learned more uses. It can show people the truth and also, can be used as a web to hang onto things. The latter one is something we enjoyed watching in the movie.
