Does anything beat a good ghost story? Not for us, which is why we’re curious about Venkat Prabhu’s new Telugu web series, Live Telecast. A television crew, led by an ambitious producer played by Kajal Aggarwal, decides to shoot ghosts in an abandoned house and telecast them live.
Of course, the plan is to have some people from the crew play ghosts and provide the scares. They have the script, the actors and ghosts are in place. Everything goes according to plan when a supernatural entity (or more) decides to step in and turn the reel haunting into a real one. The crew suddenly find themselves trapped in the house and at the mercy of an unseen, demonic being with seemingly no way out. Oh, and the cameras are still running.
Live Telecast releases on Disney+ Hotstar on Friday, February 12. It will be available in Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Hindi, Bangla and other languages.
