‘Baa Hu Tane Kyan Raakhu’

Rohini Hattangadi plays Mangala Divechi, a widow who’s caught between her two sons and their family drama in this Gujarati comedy.

‘Dear Aajo’

A relationship between a grandchild and a grandparent is always special. However, that’s not the case for Shanu (Mayuri Deshmukh) and her grumpy aajoba (Sanjay Mone). The wild child leaves America after her parents’ death to live with her sole surviving relative in India and over time, they slowly but surely form a connection.

‘Motley’s Einstein’

You probably know a lot about Albert Einstein the world-famous theoretical physicist who gave us the Theory of Relativity and Mass-Energy Equivalence formula aka the world’s most famous equation. Now, get to know Einstein the man – his humour, fears, doubts, disappointments and accomplishments in this English play (pictured above) written by Gabriel Emanuel and performed by Naseeruddin Shah.

‘Hasat Khelat’

Maharashtra’s golden on-screen and off-screen couple, Ashok and Nivedita Saraf come together in the Marathi comedy, Hasat Khelat. It all starts with the oldest trick in the comedy of errors book – the wife suspects the husband of having an affair and everything that can go wrong does.

As the name suggests, this Gujarati play focuses on the comedic adventures of Maniben (Ketaki Dave) who has swapped her middle class roots for a posh upgrade. From learning English to attempting high fashion and participating in the Mrs World paegant, keep up with Maniben’s never-ending hilarious woes.
