‘Tansen’
Everyone has heard of the musical legend Tansen. This eponymous Hindi play (pictured above) is about the journey of Ramtanu Pandey (his birth name) to Tansen. The play incorporates music and dance to propel the story as it explores an artist’s quest for greatness.

‘Not So Mahabharat’
You’ve probably watched BR Chopra’s Mahabharat during the lockdown last year. Now, watch a modern take on the Hindu epic where the Kauravas and Pandavas continue their rivalry in contemporary times as they’re forced to share space with each other.

‘Mini Matchbox’
No family is perfect, and the Hindi play Mini Matchbox tells the story of a dysfunctional family whose problems are exacerbated due to the minuscule size of their living quarters. Think incompatible spouses, sibling rivalry and blatant familial resentment taken up a few notches.

‘Prakash and Sons Fun Unlimited’
This Hindi comedy revolves around Prakash, a wealthy old man, whose family only visits him in hopes of securing a share of his fortune. Prakash sees this as an opportunity to unite his squabbling family and concocts elaborate and absurd plans to do so.
