8. Jolly LLB
The movie, replete with its sarcastic punches and witty court scenes has been equally well-pulled off by Arshad Warsi and Akshay Kumar in its two series. The third series is yet to be announced but is reported to be a verbal war between Akshay and Arshad. Well, we are surely looking forward to it!
The two-part crime story based on the coal mafia in Dhanbad has been well received not just by the critics but also the masses. It was a low budget project that worked phenomenally well at the box office.
The thriller series has been a constant in Bollywood with its most recent story being quite a script. With four films under its banner, it may not boast a lot of numbers but the franchise is surely here to stay.
