The year 2020 has been a tough one for all, especially to those who lost their loved ones. Neetu Kapoor lost her husband and actor Rishi Kapoor earlier this year. On Tuesday, Neetu took to Instagram to share pictures with her family and describe the year that is now almost coming to an end.
From undergoing the pain of losing a loved one to having the support of family through tough times, Neetu Kapoor took to Instagram and wrote, “2020 was quite a roller coaster!!! When YOU left I felt like a deer caught in the headlights not knowing where to go … #jjj was cathartic at that time as it gave me something to look forward to !!! Neetu Kapoor was always by Rishi Kapoor’s side as he was getting treated for cancer in New York for over a year. The couple had returned to Indian only late in 2019. However, Rishi Kapoor’s health deteriorated in April and he breathed his last on April 30, 2020.
Meanwhile, Neetu Kapoor got back on a film set after a long time to shoot for Raj Mehta’s Jug Jugg Jeeyo in November. A few weeks into the shooting, Neetu Kapoor along with co-star Varun Dhawan and director Raj Mehta tested positive for COVID-19. She resumed shooting after testing negative.
