The year 2021 started with great news for the moviegoers in Kerala. The theatres that went into a total shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, are now all set to serve the audience. The cinema halls in Kerala will open on the 5th of January, 2021 and there has not been better news for the Malayalee cinema lovers this new year! Marakkar directed by Priyadarshan has been considered the filmmaker’s magnum opus with its highly talented technicians, artists, and budget.
