Watching a good animated movie can bring such joy, especially the ones with magical storylines that transport you into their world. Since 2015, these are the top animated films that are loved by both critics and our users. 1. Inside Out

This brilliant animated movie is about a young girl named Riley who experiences a lot of emotional changes when she has to move with her parents to another city. Her emotions Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust, and Sadness help her navigate this new city, house, and school.

2. Coco

Miguel is a young boy who loves music and aspires to be a great musician. However, he has to deal with his family’s ancestral ban on music and enters the land of the dead to find his great-great-grandfather who was a legendary singer.

3. Zootopia

This is a must-watch film set in a city of anthropomorphic animals. We meet a rookie bunny cop and a cynical con artist fox who must work together to uncover a sinister conspiracy.

4. Moana

This film revolves around a young but strong-willed girl named Moana who is the daughter of a chief of a Polynesian village. Moana has been chosen by the Ocean to reunite a missing mystical relic back to the goddess Te Fiti. Moana must venture out and find a legendary demigod who may be able to help her accomplish this task.

5. Kung Fu Panda

Legend has it that only The Dragon Warrior can defeat the savage Tai Lung who seeks nothing but revenge. However, the mantle of the coveted Dragon Warrior is mistakenly bestowed upon an obese panda who is a complete novice in the martial arts.

6. The Lion King

This iconic film revolves around a young lion prince Simba who grows up to believe that he is the reason his father King Mufasa is dead thanks to his bitter and vengeful uncle Scar who wants to ascend the throne himself.

7. Frozen 2

In this sequel to the wildly popular Frozen, Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven leave Arendelle and travel to an enchanted land to find out the origin of Elsa’s powers in order to save their kingdom.

8. Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse

In this film, a young teen named Miles Morales becomes the Spider-Man of his universe and must join hands with five other Spider-powered individuals from other dimensions to neutralize a threat.

9. How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World

This film is a sequel to the 2014 film How To Train Your Dragon 2 and follows Hiccup as he ventures out to look for “The Hidden World” when he discovers that Toothless isn’t the only Night Fury. He must find this Dragon Utopia before a hired tyrant named Grimmel finds it.

10. Toy Story 4

In this film, a new toy called “Forky” joins Woody and the gang. A road trip alongside new and old friends shows how big the world can be for a toy. This film also won Best Animated Feature at the 92nd Acadamy awards.
