‘K.G.F. 2’ picks up from the events at the end of chapter one. Rocky assassinates Garuda and takes control of the Kolar gold fields. In no time, he becomes a superpower, but Adheera (Sanjay Dutt), his chief rival, stands in his way. While Rocky deals with Adheera, another obstacle emerges. The Prime Minister of India Ramika Sen (Raveena Tandon) wants Rocky dead.
The movie is slick, stylish and hugely entertaining
Every feature of this movie shines, from the music to the sets depicting the mines. Yash is beautifully stylised, and the thrilling action choreography provides plenty of whistle-worthy moments. The last 40 minutes of the movie are particularly captivating. Both Bollywood actors Raveena Tandon and Sanjay Dutt make make strong impressions.
Prashant Neel knew exactly what the audience wanted and gave it to them in a stunning package. He will undoubtedly become one of the country’s top directors with this film. He has admirably shown Rocky’s transformation and delivered a narrative packed with big emotions.
WATCH OR NOT
It’s got action, heroics, Yash and a story that will make you feel a range of emotions. The movie deserves to be watched, especially on the big screen.
