Yuvarathnaa exploits the loopholes in the education system
Yuvarathnaa deals with the loopholes in the education system, especially towards the corporatization of education systems. Krishna Vardhan (Prakash Raj) is a principal and tries to save government colleges and Yuvraj (Puneeth Rajkumar) fights for his cause. In this process, they had to go against some political powerhouses. How Yuvaraj was able to fight for this good cause is what Yuvarathnaa is all about.
Puneet Rajkumar allures the audience with his power-packed action entertainer
The power star of Sandalwood, Puneet Rajkumar is back with a bang in Yuvarathanaa. Fans of Appu have a reason to rejoice as they get to see their hero enthrall them with dances, fights, romance, and punch dialogues. It is Appu’s complete one-man show complemented by impressive performances by Dolly Dhananjaya, Prakash Raj, Sonu Gowda, Sayyesha, and others. The rift between Puneeth and Dolly evokes a good response from the audience. Sayyesha played the medical professor role and was glamorous in all the songs she was involved in. The characters played by Sonu Gowda, Prakash Raj, Diganth, and Sai Kumar gel well with the storyline and keep the audience engaged.
Santosh Ananddram completes a hattrick of hits with Yuvarathnaa
Director Santosh Ananddram completes a hattrick of hits with Yuvarathanaa. His direction, screenplay, and dialogues need special mention. Being an Appu fan himself, he was able to get the best out of Puneeth and cater to what his fans crave. Thaman’s background score and music are a huge plus and so is Venkatesh Anguraj’s camera work. The production values of Hombale Films are as usual at their best.
WATCH OR NOT
Yuvarathnaa is an out-and-out commercial mass entertainer with a relevant message for today’s generation. Fans of Appu are in for a real treat and this movie is worth the wait. Have a blast over the weekend with Yuvarathanaa and release the power of youth.
