The music and background score is rendered by Bheems Ceciroleo while the cinematography is handled by G Shiva. The rest of the cast includes Master Bharat, Ali, Krishna Bhagavaan, Brahmaji, Rajitha, Ram Prasad, Naveen, and others. Billed to be a comedy movie spanning three generations, let us see what is in store for the audience watching FCUK: Father Chitti Umaa Kaarthik.
This is what F.C.U.K is all about
Fani Bhupal (Jagapathi Babu) is a middle-aged playboy who makes a selling by selling condoms. His son, Kaarthik (Ram Karthik) is quite contrasting to his father and falls in love with an already engaged girl, Uma (Ammu Abhirami). Fani Bhupal’s behavior creates a rift between Kaarthick and Uma. Incidentally, Fani Bhupal meets with an accident and is found with a small girl, Chitti (Baby Sahrashitha) by his side. How is Chitti related to Fani Bhupal and how she affects the lives of Karthik and Uma forms the basic premise of FCUK – Father Chitti Umaa Kaarthik.
Actors do a decent job
The pick of the lead artistes is undoubtedly Jagapathi Babu. Though there is a bit of negativity with his play boyish character, he has delivered it to perfection. Ram Kaarthik is full of charm and performed his part well. Ammu Abhirami makes an impressive debut in Telugu cinema. She is a performer and her cute expressions will attract the youth. Baby Sahrashitha is the main conflict point to this story and played her role with ease. Master Bharat and Ram Prasad were able to generate good comedy among the rest of the cast.
The technical crew have given their best to this novel plot
Attempting a novel plot that has a tinge of adult tone and trying to make it a family entertainer is a daunting task to any writer or filmmaker. The team of FCUK was able to pull it off well. Debutante Vidya Sagar Raju had a good premise to narrate and won half the battle with the script. However, the narrative could have been more engaging. Bheems Ceciroleo music and background score augur well with the theme. Shiva’s camera work is up to the mark. Editing could have been much crisper. As usual, the production values from Sri Ranjith Movies are good.
