Having made his debut at the age of 1 with ‘Sisindri‘, an unofficial remake of ‘Baby’s Day Out’, Akhil Akkineni has come a long way in his film career. While his upcoming movie ‘Most Eligible Bachelor‘ is under shoot, the makers of his next movie have officially announced the first look and title of their project.

Interestingly the makers have also announced the release date as December 24, 2021. Akkineni fans are delighted for sure with this crazy project that is being helmed by Surender Reddy, who has directed several blockbuster hits in the past such as Athanokkade, Race Gurram, Kick, and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.

On the occasion of Akhil’s 27^th birthday, a pooja ceremony was performed involving the cast and crew along with Akhil’s parents, Nagarjuna and Amala.

Touted to be a spy thriller, this is certainly a first of its kind for both Akhil and director Surender Reddy. Written by Vakkantham Vamsi, the music and background score is composed by S Thaman and cinematography is handled by Ragul Herian Dharuman. Director Surender Reddy is also turning producer with this movie under the banner ‘Surender 2 Cinema’. The movie is edited by Navin Nooli and costumes are designed by Ramu.

While we have seen Akhil as a lover boy so far, Agent is by far his biggest budget movie till date and promises a lot of action with Surender Reddy mark. Stay tuned for more updates of Agent and for all other happenings in and around Telugu cinema.
