Written and directed by Giri Palika, Bangaru Bullodu features Allari Naresh and Pooja Jhaveri in lead roles. This movie is Giri Palika’s second directorial after Nandini Nursing home. He also happened to write the story for Trikoti’s directorial Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya. One can expect an out and out entertainment ride from the recently released trailer of Bangaru Bullodu. Allari Naresh seemed to have gone by his trademark comedy which he is best at. Let us get a flair of what Bangaru Bullodu is all about.
A simple story narrated in the most humorous way
Bhavani Prasad (Allari Naresh) is a bank employee at a village and has issues with his two brothers. Bhavani Prasad’s grandfather robs jewellery for an important cause from a village temple. Bhavani Prasad uses the jewellery from his bank locker to fix his grandfather’s issues. However, things get a serious turn when the owner of jewellery asks for his ornaments. How Bhavani Prasad deals with the mess, he got into forms the rest.
Bangaru Bullodu banks on Allari Naresh and his antics
It is Allari Naresh’s show all the way. Bangaru Bullodu is filled with situational comedy, and Allari Naresh was at his usual best. He is well supported by many comedians such as Pritvi, Praveen, Prabhas Srinu, Venella Kishore, Satyam Rajesh, Tanikella Bharani and Posani Krishna Murali. Ajay Ghosh was apt in the role of a cop. Pooja Jhaveri shined in her role, which had good comedy and was also looking glamorous. The song Swathilo Muthyamantha was well remixed.
The technical crew has put in their best
Giri Palika attempted a whole length comedy entertainer set in a village backdrop and successfully got the end product right. It was refreshing to see a wholesome comedy movie with a rural backdrop after a long time. Most probably, for Allari Naresh, the last he attempted was Bendu Apparao. The music and background score by Sai Kartheek complemented the tone of the movie. Satish Muthyala’s visuals are a feast, and the village backdrop is well captured. Editing by MR Varma is crisp and pitch-perfect. Production values from AK Entertainments banner are good.
