It was Superbowl LV weekend and a lot of anticipation around who would win the finals. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won Superbowl 2021 against Kansas City Chiefs for 31-9. The halftime performance was highly awaited as The Weeknd took the stage for the very first time. He made headlines for putting $7 million of his own money and not including any performers in his setlist since Lady Gaga in 2017.
The Weeknd made a grand entrance with Vegas themed set at the top of the stadium with a lot of dancers. He sang some of his hits including ‘The Hills’, ‘Can’t Feel My Face’, and ‘Earned It’, before heading to the ground with all of his doppelganger dancers.
