‘Godzilla Singular Point’ Stomps Its Way To Netflix

A new trailer for Godzilla Singular Point just released and looks like a monster-filled romp. The new kaiju anime is set to debut later this year after an initial release this month in Japan. Check out the new trailer here:

It’s a year of monster battle releases on Netflix. Last week saw the release of Pacific Rim: The Black. Given the success of Pacific Rim: The Black, Godzilla Singular Point is pretty highly anticipated among fans of the genre. Unfortunately, its worldwide release date has yet to be announced. Not too much has been revealed about the plot, but the trailer displays iconic characters like Jet Jaguar and Rodan. Godzilla’s role in this is the most mysterious, the kaiju has been portrayed in various films as both a protector of nature fighting against destructive forces and a disastrous consequence of nuclear war. Will the monster defend humanity or attempt to destroy it? We’ll have to wait and see.
