Christmas is around the corner and now is the perfect time to start watching some beautiful holiday movies in snow-covered towns and cities lit with love and Christmas decorations. If you haven’t watched Christmas movies yet, here’s a small disclaimer – you will be able to predict the entire storyline so don’t be bothered by it. Holidate
This film revolves around Sloane who is the only single person in her family and she hates the holidays cause her family won’t shut up about her finding a guy. She bumps into Jackson who also hates the holidays for the same reason. They soon make a pact to be each other’s plus-ones for each holiday and nothing more.
Midnight at the Magnolia
Maggie and Jack have been best friends for a long time and host a radio show together. However, they decide to fake being a couple for their fans in the hope of making their radio show national. Will they be able to go back to just being friends?
A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby
This film is a sequel to the previous two films – A Christmas Prince and the 2018 film A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding. If you haven’t watched those two you can quickly take a detour watch them and then follow that up with this movie. This new film follows Queen Amber and King Richard as they prepare to welcome their first child.
Holiday Rush
A popular radio DJ is suddenly fired from his job and now has to figure out how to take care of his four spoiled children alone. He works closely with his producer umm… like very closely, (you get the point right?) to figure out a solution more so because Christmas is right around the corner.
The Knight Before Christmas
Brooke is a woman who has lost all hope of finding her “happily ever after”. She accidentally bumps her car into a medieval English knight who has magically been transported into present-day America. Will this knight be Brooke’s knight in shining armor? Watch this movie to find out.
The Princess Switch: Switched Again
This is a sequel to The Princess Switch starring Vanessa Hudgens. If you haven’t watched the first part you can add that to your Christmas watch list as well. The second part picks up from the first film and follows Margaret Delacourt (Vanessa Hudgens), the Duchess of Montenaro who suddenly inherits the throne to her country. She and Stacy (Vanessa Hudgens) switch places for the future queen to mend relationships with her ex-boyfriend. But to make matters more complicated Margaret’s evil look-alike cousin Lady Fiona (Vanessa Hudgens) also disguises herself has Margaret to steal the throne.
Operation Christmas Drop
Starring Kat Graham and Alexander Ludwig this film is inspired by the real-life U.S. Air Force Operation Christmas Drop humanitarian mission.
The story follows Erica an assistant to a congresswoman in Washington DC. She is tasked with investigating a US Air force base with the intention of finding a reason to shut it down. Andrew an Air Force captain is tasked with showing her around and convincing her that the base needs to remain open.
