The Constitution of India turns 71 this Republic Day. As always, it’s a good time to reflect upon and acknowledge the various evils that plague our country even today. Since some of the most critical conversations about society are taking place in the sphere of web series, we made a list of six that take a sharp look at our state of affairs.

‘Delhi Crime’

Based on the Nirbhaya case that rocked the nation, Delhi Crime (pictured above) revolves around the Delhi police’s search to find and convict the perpetrators of the heinous crime. Though the series is essentially a police procedural on the case, it also fittingly portrays our society’s attitude towards sex crimes against women.

‘Made In Heaven’

It tackles relevant communal issues, and the plot touches upon the nexus between politics and terrorism.
