- Providing Support to BookMyShow Internal Teams and External Commercial Account 24*7.
- The job will require you to handle emails/tickets regarding technical issues for internal teams:-
- Handle the incoming issues/tickets
- Perform Problem Cause Analysis.
- Resolve technical problems.
- Ability to identify common issue patterns & suggest process improvements.
- Monitoring server’s health and web application status.
- Coordinate with Internal teams and Customer care team for issue status and resolution
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors
- Knowledge of New Relic, Splunk/SumoLogic, Kayako, Right Now will be an added advantage
- Comfortable working in night shifts and 6 days working
- Good communication skills
