Crazy Mohan, the comedy king of Tamil theatre, is back with his brand new play this weekend! His production company, Crazy Creations, has had consistent success and is now in its 37th year. Over these years, he along with his crew, have given Tamil audiences some mind blowing comedy plays. And of their most celebrated plays is “Chocolate Krishna”. The play is heading towards its 1000th show in the city this Sunday.

Chocolate Krishna is amongst one of the most popular plays in Bengaluru. Whenever the show returns to the city, it always spellbind the audiences. Written by Mohan and directed by S. B. Khanthan, this Tamil play is about an ardent devotee of Lord Krishna, Madhu, who works in a company which manufactures chocolate. He is surrounded with several problems in both his personal and professional life and hopes that one day Lord Krishna will help him overcome all his problems. What happens when Krishna does arrive to help his follower forms the crux of the story. The witty one-liners and the flowing humour will keep you laughing all the time. The play is staging this Sunday evening at Chowdiah Memorial Hall.

Just after this show, the group will stage its brand new comedy, Google Gadothgajan which is a kind of sequel to Chocolate Krishna. The character of Madhu will remain the same, but he will be seen donning a new avatar. This is the story of Madhu and his ally Google Gadothgajan, who has been downloaded from the internet and happens to be Chhota Bheem's son. Google Gadothgajan will help Madhu Balaji get married to his sweetheart. Both the characters of Chocolate Krishna and Google Gadothgajan will be essayed by Crazy Mohan. Set in the modern times, the play comes packed with Mohan’s typical word play, interspersed with some rather juvenile jokes. The story is typically crazy and will appeal to people of all ages.

Theatre in Bengaluru is thriving at the moment. At a time when new groups are entering the fray and staging plays that are technology-driven, Crazy Mohan, with his Crazy Creations has managed to build a loyal audiences for their plays. Even today, all the shows of Crazy Creations get an overwhelming response from the audiences. Don't miss these crazily funny plays this weekend!
