Join Max Bupa in the Walk for Health programme to be held in Mumbai and Bengaluru to help overcome our sedentary lifestyles. The event is scheduled to be held on the 26th of November in Mumbai and has two variations of 5km walk for adults and 2km walk for children and senior citizens. The route for both the 5km and the 2km runs begin at the SNDT Women’s University and concludes at different locations. The former will conclude at J W Marriott whereas the latter will end near Vie Lounge on Juhu Tara Road.

Walk for Health will also bring together a combination of exercise and entertainment as there will be various cartoon characters, TV networks and other corporate brands that will add fun to your walk on the day. The event is also scheduled to be broadcast live on the Times Now news channel. Fun activities like Zumba, warm-up exercises and various performances are to take place to keep participants entertained.
