With his chocolate boy looks, well chiselled body and dancing moves, Tiger Shroff has won many hearts with his superb performance in his debut film, Heropanti, in 2014. Though his Baaghi and A Flying Jatt were not that successful at the box office, the actor managed to garner lot of praise and appreciation from critics and masses alike. He has already been labelled as one of the most promising new faces of the Indian Film Industry.

Born as Jay Hemant Shroff, Tiger is the son of veteran Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff. Like his father, he also made his debut with an action movie, Heropanti, a film that borrows its name from his father Jackie's 1983 blockbuster Hero. He has not only won many best debut awards for Heropanti, but has also bagged some meaty roles. He specifically excelled in action sequences in this film. Apparently, all the international level martial arts that we saw in Heropanti, Tiger did all by himself. He is well trained in martial arts, gymnastics and dance. In fact, Tiger helped Aamir Khan during his gym workout sessions for his role in Dhoom 3.

Tiger Shroff idolises Bruce Lee and Michael Jackson . And it shows! Don't you agree. We saw him doing back flips, aerial kicks and hip hop dancing with such ease and finesse in his debut opposite another new comer Kriti Sanon. He has established himself as a young action hero. And, it's not just about the physique, but also about the confidence and comfort with which he performs these stunts. Tiger is a self-confessed fan of Hrithik Roshan and never leaves a chance to emulate and praise the Dhoom 2 star.

After Baaghi, the actor took two years to deliver his next film, Baaghi: Rebels In Love with Shraddha Kapoor. In the same year, he did Remo D'Souza's, A Flying Jatt with Jacqueline Fernandez. While Baaghi was an action entertainer, A Flying Jatt, was a fun superhero film. The actor is currently shooting for his next film, Munna Michael. It is the story of Munna (Tiger Shroff), a young man from the streets, who loves dancing and grows up as a fan of iconic singer-dancer Michael Jackson. Munna Michael is special to Tiger because firstly, he is paying a tribute to his idol Michael Jackson with this project and secondly, Tiger will pay a homage to his father Jackie Shroff too. He will be donning a red check shirt and jeans similar to what Jaggu dada wore in his debut venture Hero.
