The Pro Kabaddi League 2 is finally getting serious! With the end of the season inching closer with every passing day, all the teams are giving it their all to land a coveted spot in the finals. While many teams haven't exactly made it to earn a chance in the semi finals, the Patna Pirates seem all set to earn their place!

While the Pirates have already proven that they belong in the league with their strong performances, they've also been in fourth place in the league. With 20 points, and coming in just behind the Bengaluru Bulls, the Patna boys have already made a semi final berth for themselves. They've had a decent run in the Pro Kabaddi League 2, with the Telugu Titans, the Puneri Paltan and Dabang Delhi. In one of their more recent encounters against the Telugu Titans, the Patna boys did play well, but ultimately went down to the Titans. The final score was 34 - 22, and the Titans dominated most of the match, with a 61% point rate. After a loss, the Patna squad regrouped, and came back stronger than before. In their next match against the Dabang Delhi side, the Pirates emerged victorious, with a score of 39 - 22. With a tough to beat 64% point rate, the Pirates took home a win.

Fresh from their victory against the Delhi boys, the Patna Pirates squared off against the Puneri Paltan, winning with 32 points against 28. While the Pirates almost lost the match, they did lead the points percentage, with 53% versus 47%. While the Punekars did put up a valiant fight, they went down to a strong team. The Pirates' confidence was bolstered with two back to back wins, they went head on into their next match, which was played against the Bengal Warriors. Their match against the Warriors wasn't a win, but rather, a tie. With 20 points to each team, the match was a close call towards the end. The Patna Pirates didn't win, but they did manage to land up in fourth place. Who knows, they might just end up in the finals!
