Walking is better than any other form of exercise as it is effective and simplistic. Walking brings about a positive, long term and sustainable behavioural change in our lifestyle. This is why Max Bupa Health Insurance invites people of all ages to partake in leisure activities like walking, Zumba, and other warm up exercises and performances in their annual flagship event, Walk For Health.
