Ever since the recreated version of ‘Ek Do Teen’ was released, Twitter is flooding with mixed reactions. There have been both negative and positive reviews. Everyone from the main cast of the film to Salman Khan have come out in support of Jacqueline Fernandez’s Ek Do Teen.

Reportedly, Bollywood’s dhak dhak girl Madhuri Dixit seems miffed with it. If reports are to be believed, Jacqueline has been trying to get a feedback from Madhuri but the latter hasn’t reverted yet.

Starring Madhuri Dixit, the song is originally from the super hit movie Tezaab. ‘Ek Do Teen’ is one of Madhuri’s most entertaining as well as famous songs. The song has been recreated in the upcoming Tiger Shroff – Disha Patani starrer, Baaghi 2. Starring in the song is none other than the Sri Lankan beauty, Jacqueline Fernandez.

Madhuri being upset comes as a surprise because when Varun and Alia had featured in a recreated version of Tamma Tamma, she not only appreciated them but also taught them a few steps matching the original. The video of the same was shared by both Varun and Alia on social media.

The recreated version of ‘Ek Do Teen’ was severely criticised by N Chandra, the director of Tezaab as well. He took to the internet labelling the recreated version as ‘crass.’

When asked about the negative reviews the song has received, director of Baaghi 2 Ahmed Khan said, “From the moment we zeroed down on the song Ek Do Teen, we were ready for the criticism.”

According to the team of Baaghi 2, the song is nothing but a tribute to an amazing and iconic number. Baaghi 2 is scheduled to release on March 30, 2018.
