If movie posters tickle your bones and colors make your day complete, this is the film you should be looking for. Judwaa 2 is one of the most anticipated sequels of this year and we just can’t wait for Dussehra now. Yes this upcoming Bollywood movie is all set to release next month on 29th September near Dussehra and Varun Dhawan has reprised the role of Raja and Prem from the original movie Judwaa. Back in 1997, Salman Khan played these roles and was much appreciated by the director David Dhawan and the audiences as well. On the eve of his father’s birthday, Varun Dhawan, who steps into Salman Khan’s shoes in the remake shared the film’s first poster and its release date.
Salman Khan, who played the double role in the original film, has a cameo in Varun’s version. To spice up the things and to retain the originality, the makers have also kept two of the popular tracks from the Judwaa film – Tan Tana Tan and Oonchi Hai Building which were composed and sung by Anu Malik. Judwaa 2, co-starring Jacqueline Fernandezs and Taapsee Pannu is all ready to release in September around Dussehra with a big bang. The bright and vibrant poster of Judwaa 2 shows a clueless looking Prem exiting a taxi while mischievous Raja enters the same cab. Salman has also played this role and it looks like it will be fun to watch Varun pull it off.
While we talk about the original plot, Judwaa 2 is the story of Prem and Raja, twins who were separated soon after they were born. Prem, who remained with his parents, is a timid young man while Raja, who was kidnapped by his father’s enemy and was abandoned later, is street smart. Years later, destiny brings Raja and Prem together and a comedy of errors begins. Well, we don’t really know much about the movie but, this is surely going to be a big hit with a director like David Dhawan at the back and a charismatic young actor like Varun playing the roles.
