Kangana Ranaut’s Mansion in Manali costs a Staggering Rs. 30 Crore

Three-time National Award winner Kangana Ranaut has a penchant for all things retro and European. Her side swept curls teemed with her sartorial choices indeed display her liking. Her five-bedroom refurbished apartment in Khar had caught the attention of the media lately for its nod to everything vintage and regal.

The Queen, finally has built a mansion for herself in her hometown Manali. The bungalow is nothing short of a Victorian dream, to say the least. Kangana brought the land for a price of Rs. 10 crores in 2014.

Since 2014, She was in talks with various architects to bring her dream home to life. She then roped in architect Shabnam Gupta to build the heavenly abode. All the eight bedrooms in the bungalow have step-out balconies and also offer a breathtaking view of the mountains.

The house also has a rooftop glass conservatory to ensure sufficient sunlight during the Manali winters. Apart from this, the house is equipped with a dining room, a fireplace, a gymnasium and a separate yoga room.

Kangana has been closely working with Shabnam to ensure that the house embodies the spirit of Europe and Manali. The interior decor features handloom articles from Manali to bring the charm of the hilly town. The plush bungalow, which took four years to build costs around Rs. 20 crores which makes the total cost of her property to be a whooping Rs. 30 crores.

Kangana Ranaut will be next seen in the historical drama, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi where she plays the title of Rani Laxmi Bai, who rebels against the British East India Company in India’s First War of Independence.

The movie produced by Zee Cinemas and directed by National Award winning director Krish is slated to be released in the month of June.

Meanwhile Kangana Ranaut will also be seen as a special guest in the show India’s Next Superstar along with filmmakers Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty who are the judges in this show.
