Pooja Bhatt is determined to share her victory over alcohol in a book, which isn’t her autobiography, but traces a major part of her life when she dealt with innate loneliness, commonly suffered by us all, and found satisfaction in a bottle. She kept burying her problems under the carpet, by claiming not to be under the alcoholic influence, but reality was far from it.
Today she wishes to reach out to the masses and narrate her side of story. It may help someone quit the same addiction. The book is yet to be titled. Celebrities often use their influence to impart good habits, and encourage good deeds, Pooja Bhatt shall inspire people who may find themselves in the same spot as she was.
Known to speak her mind, Pooja became the youngest female film producer at the age of 23, when her peers were still pursuing acting as a full-time profession. She is the eldest daughter of Mahesh Bhatt, sibling to Rahul Bhatt, step daughter of Soni Razdan and half sister of Shaheen and Alia Bhatt.
