After the epic Padmaavat, Ranveer Singh is all set for his next film Simmba. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film stars Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan as the leading lady. The shooting of the film has started and the cast and crew seem to be having a great time on the sets.
Dharma Productions recently shared a video on their twitter handle.

In the video Ranveer Singh is reciting a dialogue of the movie and Rohit is objecting to that. Rohit Shetty also calls Sara Ali Khan by the name of her mother’s and then both Rohit and Ranveer are chased away by Sara. Karan Johar is also present in the video and announces the release date of the movie i.e. 28th December 2018.
According to the recently announced release date, Kedarnath (November 30th) is supposed to be Sara Ali Khan’s debut movie, however, keeping in mind the legal issues the movie is facing and the fact that the second schedule has not been going as planned, it is possible for Sara to debut through Dharma Production’s Simmba.
Simmba is inspired by Junior NTR’s movie, Temper, which released in 2015. This is the first time Ranveer will be seen in a role of a cop. He will be performing action sequences like never before and everyone is eagerly waiting to see his latest avatar in making.
