After playing the role of a blind man seeking vengeance in the 2017 movie Kaabil, Hrithik Roshan is back in action. This time, he is playing ace mathematician Anand Kumar in Vikas Bahl’s Super 30.
Mathematician Anand Kumar rose to national and international prominence for coaching IIT aspirants from less privileged backgrounds.
Hrithik Roshan’s first look has taken the social media world by storm. He dons a rough beard and scruffy hair for this role and he doesn’t look a bit like the Hrithik Roshan we’ve seen over the years. Hrithik Roshan has been busy preparing to bring the mathematician to the screen and he even met the Super 30 founder to observe him.
Anand Kumar was quoted to say:
The first leg of the movie shooting has begun in Varanasi. The next schedule of the movie involves 10 days each in Patna and Bhopal. A major portion of the movie would be shot in Mumbai, where director Vikas Bahl has managed to recreate the three cities on set.
Phantom Films, which is producing the film posted on their Twitter handle:
