Joker is one of the cinema’s most iconic villains. The character has inspired Warner Bros. Pictures’ psychological thriller – Joker. Already the highest-grossing movie worldwide, it will be re-released in India on February 14, 2020.

Joker tells the story of Arthur Fleck, a lonely man, struggling with his career as a comedian, ridiculed and bullied by society, and falling into isolation. Failing to find a place in a cruel society, he eventually is pushed into crime. Joaquin Phoenix makes a deep impact with his acting, bringing the audiences’ attention to mental illness depicted in a dark tone.

This flawlessly directed movie is a new take on the subject, making it a must-watch.

You can book tickets in advance on the BookMyShow website.

The second movie worth the wait is Quentin Tarantino’s ninth- Once Upon A Time in Hollywood. The story is about the rise and fall of actor Rick (played by Leonardo DiCaprio) and his friend Cliff Booth, who also does stunts for him (played by Brad Pitt). After gaining fame and fortune in the 1950s, they struggle to find work in present-day Hollywood as the industry doesn’t recognize them.

The comedy-drama also features Margot Robbie as Sharon Tale, who happens to live next door to Rick. Rick Dalton plans to befriend her and her husband as a means of reviving his dying career.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood gives you a lot to enjoy, including Leonardo and Brad Pitt’s terrifically complimenting act. The movie’s creative ending will have audiences taking the discussion back home.
