A few months ago it was reported that two of Hollywood’s biggest actors are all set to star in Quentin Tarantino’s next, titled Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Fans couldn’t control their excitement as Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt are teaming up together in a movie directed by one of Hollywood’s most sought-after directors. Both Pitt and DiCaprio have previously worked with the director in Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained respectively.
The movie’s official title and cast were announced by Sony Pictures at a press release. Tarantino describes the movie as “a story that takes place in Los Angeles in 1969, at the height of Hippy Hollywood.”
The film boasts of a powerful ensemble. The newest addition to the cast is none other than Al Pacino. Pacino is all set to step in the shoes of Marvin Shwarz’s character, the agent of Leonardo DiCaprio’s character in the film.
Earlier, it was reported that Leonardo will play the role of a former TV star, Rick Dalton and Pitt will be starring in the role Cliff Booth who happens to be Rick’s stunt double. Tarantino explained the premises of the movie where both Rick and Cliff are struggling to make it big in Hollywood, one that they don’t recognize anymore. However, Rick has a very famous next-door neighbour, Sharon Tate.
