Winnie The Pooh is one of the world’s most beloved bears, and we’ve only seen his animated avatar so far. With the new Disney film, you can see Winnie and his pals from Hundred Acre Woods in a live-action film for the very first time where they look adorable as fluffy stuffed toys.
Ewan McGregor plays the titular Christopher Robin in the film. The trailer for the film just released and it’s already got everyone’s attention. Christopher Robin is no longer a child but a grown-up adult with a family and a child of his own. He had always been the one to go and help Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, and more in their world, but this time they will be coming into our world to help out Christopher Robin. The teaser had just shown us a glimpse of Pooh, but in the trailer we get to see all of the iconic characters that were created by A. A. Milne.
Adding more to the nostalgia is the fact that the voice for Pooh will be done by Jim Cummings, who had voiced the character in the original Disney animated series that had been a favorite of children worldwide. Also starring in the film is Mark Gatiss, known for playing Mycroft in the Sherlock BBC series, who will be playing Christopher Robin’s boss in this film.
