Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety Trailer: A Quirky And Relatable New Movie about Relationships

The makers of the much loved Pyaar Ka Punchnama franchise have unveiled the trailer for a quirky new movie about relationships and it is far from repetitive. Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety is surely a tongue twister but the storyline will tug at your heartstrings for sure. The plot is essentially pitting the idea of romance vs bromance.

In the trailer, we see Kartik Aaryan, Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Singh teaming up yet again. Karthik plays a character called Sonu who is often the savior to his friend Titu (Sunny), who gets into toxic relationship’s and needs to be bailed out on most occasions. After a series of never-ending break-ups and patch-ups, Titu decides that he has had it and wants to settle down and get married. That’s when Sweety played by Nushrat enters the picture, she is all kinds of perfect and Titu is instantly smitten by her.

Sonu learns about Sweety and becomes cynical about her as she appears too-good- to-be- true to him. He tries warning his friend Titu but to no avail. Sonu is hell bent on proving that there is something amiss with Sweety, she is resolute in her decision to marry Titu and even challenges Sonu saying,

The trailer brings back nostalgic memories from the Pyaar Ka Punchnama movies and there is also the unmissable cameo of Alok Nath, who isn’t Sanskari for a change. Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety promises to be a laugh riot and a through entertainer. The movie is set to release on the 9th of February next year.
