Munna Michael: Here's All You Want To Know About This Tiger Shroff's Upcoming Movie!

Last seen kicking some butt in the superhero film, The Flying Jatt, Tiger Shroff this time gears up to showcase his dancing skills in the upcoming Bollywood Musical Action movie, Munna Michael, directed by Shabbir Khan, the same guy who directed Tiger in Heropanti and Baaghi. The makers claim that Tiger will be seen in a new avatar in Munna Michael, unlike anything we have seen before. It also features Nawazuddin Siddique and the USPs of the film are tiger's dancing skills and Nawaz's acting. A new girl, Nidhhi Agerwal, is signed opposite Tiger in the film. The shooting of Munna Michael has been going on since October last year and the film is now ready for release on July 7.

Munna Michael is the story of a boy from the streets of Teen Batti chawl in Mumbai, who idolises Michael Jackson. He dances to Michael's songs to earn his living. One day a manager named Dev ( Nawazuddin Siddique) spots him and gives him a chance to showcase his skills in a National level dance competition. He was given a stage name, “Munna Michael”. From here starts his journey to search for the reason of his existence. How his passion and love for Michael Jackson and his dancing skills help him conquer and win forms the crux of the film. Nidhhi Agerwal plays his love interest in the film. Purab Kohli, Tanisha Mukherji, Sameer Kochhar and Johnny Lever will also be seen in the film playing important roles. Nargis Fakhri has a special appearance in a song.

The first song of the film, Dhing Dhang released just a few months back and has been grabbing eyeballs ever since. Tiger is seen wearing red bandana and a checked shirt, just like his father Jackie Shroff's character in his debut film “Hero”. Apparently, the film is a tribute to Jackie Shroff as well. Tiger’s character is seen growing up in the slums of Mumbai before becoming a popular dance star like Michael Jackson, just like his father was brought up in a chawl before he went on to become a successful actor. In fact, the chawl shown in the film is the same Teen Batti Chawl where Jackie was brought up.

The crew has wrapped up the shooting and promotion of the film is in full swing. All set to hit the theatres in July this year, Munna Michael will be Tiger's fourth film in the industry.
