Mastodon is an American heavy metal band that formed in 2000 and have been breaking necks ever since. The band has the perfect mix of clean vocals and harsh growls. This makes them one of the most unique heavy metal bands that the music world has seen. They have five albums, two Grammy nominations and an array of other achievements. They are one of the most heaviest bands in the metal scene. The band comprises Troy Sanders (on Bass and Vocals), Bret Hinds (on Guitars and Vocals), Bill Kelliher (on Guitars and Backing Vocals) and Brann Dailor (on Drums). Calling this band powerful is a huge understatement. Their brand of heavy metal will blow your mind and body away.

Mastodon is playing at the Fly Music Festival that is happening at New Delhi and Bangalore. The festival features artists that will put a wide smile on every music lovers face in the country. The lineup for the event is unbelievably brilliant. It features internationally renowned artists such as LimpBizkit, Anthrax, KT Tunstall, The Wailers (Bob Marley’s back up band), Robby Krieger and Ray Manzarek (of The Doors fame), Dhol Foundation and many more.
